Job summary

Körber Supply Chain is seeking a Senior Project Manager to plan, execute and deliver large cross-functional projects. You will lead teams, manage budgets and schedules, and be the primary contact for stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.

You will coordinate with engineering, sales, EHS& S, and finance while leveraging MS Project, SAP, and MS Office tools. This role requires strong communication and leadership in a matrixed US environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive project or program management experience.
• PMP or Six Sigma certifications preferred.
• Experience managing large-scale technical projects in material handling, logistics, or automation.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources with stakeholders.
• Oversee full project lifecycle from initiation to closure and ensure contractual alignment.
• Create and maintain detailed MS Project schedules; forecast resource demands and expenditures.
• Identify scope changes and communicate impacts to customers and stakeholders.
• Serve as primary client-facing contact for communications, documentation, and updates.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, sales, finance, and operations.
• Manage project risk, escalation, and supplier/vendor coordination.
• Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally as required.
