Job summary

Körber Supply Chain is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex customer projects and own end-to-end delivery from handoff to completion.

You will manage contracts, budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams across engineering, site management, and subcontractors to ensure milestones are met and customer expectations are aligned. This role travels 10-20% and requires PMP-type credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience.
• PMP, CAPM, IPMA, PRINCE2 or similar certification preferred.
• Experience leading international cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with structured problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Serve as contract owner, managing contractual obligations, commercial risks, and customer expectations.
• Prepare and manage change orders, variation requests, and additional sales opportunities.
• Lead diverse international, cross-functional project teams and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans, including budgeting, forecasting, scheduling and resource allocation.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, implement corrective actions, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.
