Job summary

Körber is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large cross-functional projects in our Atlanta area operations. You will manage scope, schedule, budgets, and collaboration across engineering, finance, and contract management.

You will drive risk management, vendor coordination, and performance reviews while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory alignment. A hybrid schedule applies for select U.S. locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related technical field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project or program management.
• Advanced degree or certifications such as PMP or Six Sigma preferred.
• Proven experience managing complex, large-scale technical projects in material handling, logistics, or automation.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and resources in warehouse, distribution, or logistics.
• Strong understanding of system integration project execution processes and cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholder engagement and client management.
• Strong planning, organizational, leadership, and influencing skills in a matrixed environment.
• Proficiency with MS Project, SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Solid financial and analytical acumen for cost forecasting and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources with stakeholders.
• Oversee full project execution lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules in MS Project and track activities.
• Identify scope changes and communicate impacts to customers and stakeholders.
• Serve as primary contact for client communications and project updates.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, finance, and contract management.
• Lead project risk management and mitigation across departments.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, contractual requirements, and vendor oversight.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain for procurement activities and material tracking.
• Conduct performance reviews and lessons-learned at milestones and closure.
• Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally as needed.
