Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience in logistics, automation, material handling, or industrial environments.
• Experience managing complex projects including planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and execution.
• PM certification (PMP, CAPM, IPMA, Prince2 or similar) preferred.
• Experience in matrix organizations and leading cross-functional, international teams.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking; ability to solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Self-motivated, decisive, and adaptable, with integrity and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as contract owner, managing obligations, risks, and customer expectations.
• Prepare and manage change orders, variation requests, and additional sales opportunities.
• Lead international, cross-functional project teams (engineering, software, site management, subcontractors).
• Ensure adherence to Körber's Project Excellence methodology and documentation processes.
• Drive collaboration, accountability, and high performance with stakeholders.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans including resources, forecasting, scheduling, and budgets.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to meet milestones.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and acceptance activities, ensuring milestones are achieved.
• Serve as primary customer escalation point with regular status updates and recommendations.
• Manage project documentation, supplier tenders, milestone invoicing, and reporting.
