Körber in the United States is seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to define scope, manage budgets, and drive full lifecycle projects in material handling, logistics, or automation. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with engineering, sales, and finance, and manage risks to ensure on-time delivery.

This hybrid role is based out of multiple U.S. offices with eligibility for domestic/international travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project or program management.
• PMP or Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Proven experience managing complex, large-scale technical projects in material handling, logistics, or automation.
• Experience with scope, schedule, budget, and resource planning in warehouse/distribution/logistics.
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Proficient with MS Project, SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources with stakeholders.
• Oversee full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, aligning with contracts and financials.
• Create and maintain detailed MS Project schedules; forecast resources and costs.
• Identify scope changes and communicate impacts to customers and stakeholders.
• Serve as primary contact for client communications and progress updates.
• Coordinate with engineering, sales, finance, and other teams to resolve issues.
• Lead project risk management and escalation across departments.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, contracts, and supplier management.
• Lead procurement activities with Supply Chain, track materials and inventory.
• Uphold safety and quality standards throughout the lifecycle.
