Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative tasks to support the US Circular Services team.
• Communicate resources, schedules, and project updates with stakeholders.
• Assist with quotes and estimates for projects and deliverables.
• Provide reporting on work in progress and completed.
• Escalate issues affecting customer satisfaction promptly.
• Coordinate resources to fulfill project delivery.
• Support the Business Enablement Manager and project leads.
