Qualifications

Responsibilities

Manage colleagues in the service at ticket/request level within a contractual services deal.
Serve as the first point of contact for technical content for onsite service personnel and customers.
Support responsible teams in technical problems, including root-cause analysis, with suggestions for improvements.
Ensure efficient and quality-assured delivery of entire work packages and related services (IMAC or Break & Fix).
Assess customer complaints or risks, escalating to responsible parties with urgency.
