TAIT in Lititz, PA is seeking a VP, Global Project Controls to lead the enterprise project controls function across markets and submarkets. You will define standards for cost management, forecasting, scheduling, risk governance, and performance reporting to improve margins and delivery reliability.

This role oversees the Service and Support function, delivers portfolio visibility, and partners with executives to enable proactive decision-making while mentoring planners, schedulers, and cost

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Arts Management, or related field, or equivalent.
• 15+ years leading large-scale project portfolios in enterprise environments.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
