Job summary

Titan Electric Companies is seeking a Project Controls Manager to translate complex project data into actionable insights for executives, project teams, and field leaders. The role emphasizes truthful performance reporting, disciplined forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple offices.

Responsibilities include developing and enforcing scheduling standards, improving forecast accuracy, and driving adoption of project management systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Finance, Project Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive project controls or project management experience.
• Leadership experience managing people, processes, or both.
• Commercial construction experience.
• Direct experience within electrical contracting or MEP construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Review project budgets, cost coding, and forecasting practices.
• Drive accurate Cost-To-Complete (CTC) and Cost-At-Completion (CAC) forecasting.
• Analyze labor productivity, equipment costs, purchasing performance, and subcontractor spend.
• Identify margin risk before it becomes margin loss.
• Challenging assumptions and improving forecast accuracy.
• Help leaders make informed financial decisions.
