Job summary

TAIT, a leader in live experiences with 45+ years of innovation, is hiring a Project Finance Business Partner in Lititz, PA to serve as a trusted advisor to Producing, Production, and Operations teams on large-scale projects.

You will validate forecasts, margins, and risk, partner with project teams from award to closeout, review contracts, and uphold governance and accounting standards across dynamic environments. Strong Excel and ERP experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 8+ years in project-based environments.
• Experience in project finance, commercial finance, project accounting, or project controls.
• Proven site visits and valuations experience.
• Strong understanding of contract terms and revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Independently review and validate project forecasts, revenue, and margins.
• Challenge assumptions and ensure alignment with contracts and scope.
• Identify financial risks and escalate issues early.
• Partner with Producers and project teams from award through closeout.
• Review contracts and change orders for alignment with projections.
• Ensure governance, controls, and transparency in reporting.
• Collaborate with Project Accounting, FP&A, and Operations.
