Job summary

Hidden Jobs is seeking a senior leader to own end-to-end delivery of multiple international programs, from pre-sale engagements through post-sale deployment and support. You will drive milestones, coordinate diverse teams, and ensure operational excellence across borders and time zones.

In this hands-on role you will translate contracts into actionable plans, manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk, and serve as the primary customer contact to build trust and deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programs across multiple countries.
• Experience with international procurement, contracting norms, and compliance.
• Strong program management fundamentals: scope, schedule, risk, and critical-path planning.
• Ability to operate independently in a small, high-output team.
• Excellent cross-functional communication to clarify ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent international programs.
• Translate contracts into executable program plans with milestones, deliverables, ownership, and accountability, then drive follow-through across all stakeholders.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and technical risk across diverse environments without dropping threads.
• Serve as the primary customer relationship contact across organizations and geographies.
• Coordinate alignment across Legal, Finance, Product, Science, Engineering, and Customer Success, resolving blockers and maintaining momentum.
• Support pre-sale deal reviews, scope proofs of concept, and validate the technical and financial picture before commitments.
• Surface risks early with proposed mitigations and close gaps between customer expectations and delivery.
