Hidden Jobs is seeking a senior manager to own end-to-end delivery of U.S. government programs across defense, civil aviation, emergency management, and homeland security. The role combines hands-on delivery with shaping the operating model and governance as needed.

You will translate contracts into executable plans, manage scope and risk across multiple programs, and serve as the primary liaison to government stakeholders while aligning cross-functional teams to move initiatives forward.

Qualifications

• Direct experience navigating U.S. government acquisition processes and agency compliance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent programs across different agencies.
• Track record of building trusted relationships with government stakeholders.
• Experience translating complex technical commitments into structured delivery plans.
• Comfort in fast-moving organizations with maturing operating models and limited program office support.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of U.S. government programs from kickoff to deployment and ongoing support.
• Translate signed contracts/SOWs into executable plans with milestones, deliverables, acceptance criteria, and ownership.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, contractual commitments, and technical risk across multiple programs.
• Serve as primary point of contact for government customers and relationships with program leaders and stakeholders.
• Drive alignment across Legal, Finance, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Business Development to unblock momentum.
• Support pre-sale engagements to validate delivery feasibility and deal scope.
