Tomorrow.io is seeking a hands-on Program Manager to drive international customer delivery across borders and time zones.

You will own programs from kickoff to deployment, coordinating legal, finance, product, science, engineering, and customer success, and traveling as needed.

This role sits in a fast-moving team; you will build frameworks, manage risks, and ensure on-time, on-scope results for high-stakes customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on program or project management delivering complex technical programs.
• Direct delivery responsibility across international markets.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent programs with diverse teams.
• Excellent English communication; willing to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program delivery from kickoff to support.
• Translate contracts into executable program plans with milestones.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and technical risk across programs.
• Ensure all deliverables, docs, invoicing, and compliance are complete.
• Serve as primary customer contact and align cross-functional teams.
• Support pre-sale activities for international opportunities.
