Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead to steer large-scale professional services programs globally. You will establish regional delivery models and set performance standards while aligning with strategic priorities.

You will own services revenue, margins, utilization, and milestones, partner with Sales on scoping and negotiations, and recruit and develop Project Managers and consultants to drive high performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale professional services programs.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own services revenue, margins, utilization, and milestone attainment.
• Partner with Sales on scoping, pricing, and commercial negotiations.
• Manage SOWs, change orders, and risk mitigation.
• Recruit, lead, and develop Project Managers and functional consultants.
• Coach and mentor to strengthen capabilities and ensure high performance.
• Drive collaboration with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
• Identify expansion opportunities and maintain executive relationships.
• Represent the organization in strategic discussions with customers.
