Job summary

Emeritus is seeking a Program Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple programs and ensure exceptional learner experiences. The role includes onboarding, tracking engagement, and driving outcomes with cross-functional teams across a fast-moving global environment.

You will work with course leaders, admissions, and design teams to optimize delivery efficiency, support learners, and manage budgets in a six-month fixed-term contract.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4-6 years of customer experience management.
• Experience scaling customer experience for high-profile segments.
• Experience with online learning delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple programs and ensure high-quality learner experience.
• Oversee learner onboarding activities and program setup.
• Drive program success metrics including completion, engagement, and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with course leaders to provide learner support and manage budgets.
• Serve as primary point of contact for learner escalations and complex issues.
• Engage with learners through virtual and in-person events to build communities.
• Monitor learner progress and implement data-driven improvements.
