• 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Own complex global programs from scope through go-live and handoff, including new entity formation and geographic expansion, M&A integrations, and evolving infrastructure.
• Build and drive the program plan with clear requirements, workstreams, owners, dependencies, readiness gates, and decisions; surface risks and blockers.
• Connect the dots across functions; partner with People Ops, People Systems, Finance, Payroll, Legal, Tax, IT, and others to align decisions.
• Own program communication and change management, from executive updates to employee communications.
• Build repeatable infrastructure as we scale, creating templates, SOPs, playbooks, and operating processes.
