United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Technical Program Manager for its all-remote R&D PMO team. You will own complex, end-to-end programs central to our AI-powered DevSecOps strategy, driving initiatives across product, engineering, data, and security and translating strategy into executable plans for delivery.

• Proven experience leading technical program initiatives from inception through scaled adoption.
• Ability to define strategy and create clarity within extreme ambiguity.
• Strong background in SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or DevOps technology companies; quickly master platforms.
• Proven experience influencing and driving impact at division and company-wide scale.
• Excellence in cross-functional leadership; engaging with senior and C-level stakeholders.
• Outstanding communication skills, including asynchronous collaboration and executive reporting.
• Track record of success in fast-paced, dynamic environments with evolving requirements.
• Strong facilitation and influence skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience delivering transformational initiatives with ownership and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical programs across product, engineering, data, and security, from initial scope through launch and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with executive leaders to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and align on priorities.
• Coordinate distributed teams across time zones using asynchronous communication, providing structure and updates.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and dependencies.
• Partner with customer success and cross-functional teams to refine communication plans and workflows.
