Qualifications
- BS+ in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of technical program management experience in infrastructure, reliability, performance, data platforms, or large-scale engineering environments.
- Strong fluency with infrastructure systems, telemetry/observability, reliability practices (SLO/SLIs).
- Proven experience partnering with Product and Engineering to clarify vision and measure success.
Responsibilities
- Lead portfolio of foundational infrastructure initiatives across multiple teams.
- Coordinate readiness reviews, go/no-go decisions, and safe production resilience testing.
- Develop program plans, roadmaps, and executive status reports.
- Drive cross-functional alignment among Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, Capacity, Data, Finance, Ops, and Security.
