Job summary

Harvey is seeking a hands-on Program Manager to own complex, cross-functional initiatives ranging from entity formation and market entry to M&A diligence and integration. Responsibilities

• Own complex, high-priority programs from planning through execution and handoff, including M&A initiatives and geographic expansion.
• Build and drive the program plan with clear requirements, owners, dependencies, readiness gates and decisions; surface risks and blockers.
• Coordinate with People, Recruiting, Finance, Legal, IT, Tax and others to align dependencies and involved stakeholders.
• Create repeatable infrastructure and templates to scale programs and SOPs for future work.
• Develop a point of view on tradeoffs, bring stakeholders together, and ensure decisions translate into action.
• Own program communications and change management for executives and employees affected by changes.
• Keep employee experience central by balancing operational complexity with a thoughtful people experience.
