United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Director of Partner Programs & Ops to design, build, and run a global partner ecosystem. You will own programs, systems, data, onboarding, and governance, partnering with Sales, Operations, and Finance to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.

You will inherit a small team and scale it as the partner business grows, coordinating with regional field operations and top-tier partners to ensure program success and measurable impact.

Competenze

• 10+ years in partner operations or revenue operations with direct partner scope.
• Direct hyperscaler experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure partner programs.
• Experience building SI and services partner capability.
• Fluency with partner economics (margin, rebates, MDF).
• Owner‑operator mindset for end‑to‑end program ownership.
• Strong systems depth; knowledge of PRM platforms and data models.
• SQL fluency for partner performance analysis.

Mansioni

• Own the partner program definition and annual refresh across cloud, ISV, and SI partners.
• Manage program compliance, funding, and reviews with hyperscalers and top partners.
• Define and own how partner pipeline and certified delivery capacity are measured and reported.
• Design and own partner systems, data models, deal registration rules, and SLAs.
• Co‑own channel development and onboarding framework from signed to productive.
• Own partner enablement, readiness paths, and content library.
• Oversee partner‑of‑record and attribution in marketplace transactions.
• Develop the team and scale the partner function globally.
