Job summary

Harvey is seeking a seasoned program leader to drive complex, global People infrastructure initiatives from scope through go-live. You will partner across People Ops, Finance, Legal, Tax, IT, and payroll to ensure seamless execution and employee experience.

You will own the plan, surface risks, and drive decisions, using AI fluency to accelerate delivery. This is a high-impact, fast-moving role at a rapidly scaling company.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs.
• Hands-on operating style with bias toward action and ability to dive into details.
• Strong stakeholder management and judgment across functions.
• Clear, direct executive communication to all levels of the organization.
• Strong AI fluency and ability to leverage AI in work processes.

Responsibilities

• Own complex global programs from scope through go-live and handoff.
• Build and drive the program plan with clear requirements, owners, dependencies, readiness gates, and decisions.
• Connect the dots across People Ops, People Systems, Finance, Payroll, Legal, Tax, IT and other teams.
• Own program communication and change management with crisp executive updates for employees.
• Build repeatable infrastructure and templates to scale future programs.
• Keep employee experience at the center during high-change moments like new markets or acquisitions.
