Job summary

Harvey is building a global People Operations program with a dedicated owner to coordinate complex initiatives across Finance, Legal, IT, and HR. You will drive end-to-end programs such as entity formation, geographic expansion, and M&A integrations, partnering across teams to ensure seamless execution.

The role demands a hands-on operating style, strong communication with executives, and a focus on maintaining an exceptional employee experience through periods of change.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs.
• Hands-on operating style with bias toward action.
• Strong stakeholder management and judgment.
• Clear, direct executive communication.
• Strong AI fluency and ability to leverage AI in work.

Responsibilities

• Own complex global programs from scope through go-live and handoff, including new entity formation and geographic expansion.
• Build and drive the program plan with clear requirements, workstreams, owners, dependencies, readiness gates, and decisions.
• Connect the dots across functions. Partner with People Ops, People Systems, Finance, Payroll, Legal, Tax, IT, and others.
• Own program communication and change management for executives and employees.
• Build repeatable infrastructure and SOPs to scale future programs.
• Keep the employee experience at the center during high-change moments.
