Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs.
• Hands-on operating style with bias toward action and the ability to get into the substance of work.
• Strong stakeholder management and judgment to align specialists and senior leaders.
• Clear, direct executive communication that distills a program into decisions and risks.
• Strong AI fluency and the ability to use AI to move faster and improve output.

Responsibilities

• Own complex global programs from scope through go-live and handoff.
• Build and drive the program plan with clear requirements, workstreams, owners, dependencies, and readiness gates.
• Connect the dots across functions by partnering with People Ops, Finance, Legal, IT, and others.
• Own program communication and change management for employees affected by changes.
• Build repeatable infrastructure as we scale with templates and SOPs.
• Keep the employee experience at the center during high-change moments.
