Responsibilities

• Own complex, high-priority programs from planning through execution and handoff, including M&A initiatives.
• Build and drive the program plan with clear requirements, workstreams, dependencies, and decisions.
• Partner with People, Recruiting, Finance, Legal, IT, and Tax to align across functions.
• Create repeatable infrastructure, templates, SOPs, and operating processes.
• Drive critical decisions and ensure they translate into execution.
• Own program communications and change management for employees.
• Maintain a positive employee experience during high-change moments.
