Job summary

Relativity is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide initiatives within the Global Business Operations team. This role connects executive sponsors, GBO teammates, and partners across IT, Finance, Legal and other business units to shape strategy, translate it into clear plans, and drive outcomes with influence and clarity.

You will manage cross-functional programs, govern roadmaps, and ensure alignment of scope, timelines, budgets, and resources while navigating ambiguity

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or strategic initiatives with multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Proven ability to lead without authority and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence, with exceptional written and verbal communication and credibility at the senior/executive level.
• Proven success owning enterprise-level programs from strategy through execution.
• Experience with IT, enterprise systems, or financial systems.
• Ability to operate autonomously, make sound decisions with minimal guidance, and bring structure to ambiguity.
• Strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies; choose the right approach for the work.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, drive clarity, and deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic programs from shaping and scoping through execution with measurable outcomes.
• Define program strategy, success measures, and priorities with executive sponsors and senior leaders.
• Act as the connective tissue across teams, surfacing dependencies and resolving conflicts.
• Lead cross-functional teams without direct authority and hold partners accountable.
• Partner with GBO teammates and serve as a trusted partner to other units.
• Build integrated roadmaps aligning scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Identify risks early, recommend tradeoffs, and drive decisions to resolution.
• Run governance with steering committees, decision logs, and escalation paths.
• Deliver concise, decision-oriented updates to senior leaders.
• Bring structure to ambiguity and improve program delivery across GBO.
• Ad hoc responsibilities as needed.
