Job summary

Relativity is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the Global Business Operations team. You will lead enterprise-wide initiatives, shaping strategy and turning it into clear plans. You’ll connect executive sponsors, IT, Finance, Legal and business partners to deliver outcomes with influence and clarity.

You will guide governance, manage risk, and drive complex programs with senior leaders, translating ambiguity into structured action and measurable results.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading cross-functional programs or strategic initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead without direct authority and influence senior stakeholders.
• Executive presence with strong written and verbal communication at senior levels.
• Experience owning enterprise-level programs from strategy to execution.
• Experience with IT, enterprise systems, or financial systems.
• Autonomous decision-making and ability to bring structure to ambiguity.
• Experience with governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies and selecting the right approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic programs from shaping to execution with measurable outcomes.
• Define program strategy, success metrics, and priorities with executives.
• Surface dependencies, resolve conflicts, keep teams aligned toward goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams without direct authority; build trust and accountability.
• Partner with GBO and other business units; serve as trusted advisor.
• Build integrated roadmaps aligning scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Identify risks early; drive decisions across competing priorities.
• Run governance: steering committees, decision logs, escalation paths.
• Communicate updates to senior/executive leadership with clarity.
