Relativity is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the Global Business Operations team. This role leads enterprise-wide initiatives, translating strategy into actionable plans and driving outcomes across IT, Finance, Legal, and other units.

You will influence senior leaders, manage dependencies, and shape roadmaps while operating with credibility and clarity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or strategic initiatives.
• Ability to lead without formal authority and influence senior stakeholders.
• Executive presence with strong written and verbal communication.
• Proven success owning enterprise-level programs from strategy through execution.
• Experience with IT, enterprise systems, or financial systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic programs from shaping and scoping through execution with measurable outcomes.
• Define program strategy, success measures, and priorities with executive sponsors.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, surface dependencies, and resolve conflicts toward a shared goal.
• Lead without authority, build trust, and hold peers accountable across workstreams.
• Partner with GBO teammates and other business units to align stakeholders.
• Create integrated roadmaps aligning scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Identify risks early and drive decisions to resolution across priorities.
• Facilitate governance with steering committees and decision logs.
