Job summary

Remilia Corporation, a creative technology studio with roots in Irvine and Seoul, seeks a program/operational lead for the CEO’s office. You will own the meeting cadence, set agendas, drive session outputs, and track commitments across engineering, product, and marketing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in startup/agency/production/studio environments.
• Structured project-management experience with agendas, owners, and deadlines.
• Experience recovering stalled projects by identifying blockers and driving action.
• Experience drafting professional correspondence to clients, partners, or leadership.
• Ability to produce detailed meeting documentation for absent teammates.
• Sufficient technical literacy to follow product and engineering discussions.
• Availability for irregular hours across US–Korea time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own the CEO office operating cadence and meeting infrastructure.
• Set agendas, run sessions, and produce notes converting to tracked commitments.
• Track owners and deadlines; surface blockers before they slow progress.
• Maintain decisions and move context between engineering, product, and marketing teams (Irvine HQ and Seoul studio).
• Act as a communications bridge for the principal to all stakeholders.
• Embed with leadership across technical, creative, and business operations.
