Job summary

Remilia Corporation in Irvine, CA is seeking a proactive operations lead to run the CEO's office tempo. You will own meeting infrastructure across workstreams, set agendas, run sessions, and produce notes that translate into tracked commitments across engineering, product, and marketing.

Based in a multidisciplinary studio with a US–Korea footprint, you will chase owners, surface blockers early, and move context between teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in startup/agency/production/studio.
• Structured PM: run meetings, assign owners, track deadlines.
• Experience recovering stalled projects and blockers.
• Drafts professional client/leadership correspondence.
• Produces actionable meeting notes for others.
• Able to follow product/engineering discussions.

Responsibilities

• Own CEO office operating cadence across Irvine HQ and Seoul studio.
• Set agendas, run sessions, produce notes, and track commitments across teams.
• Surface blockers early and chase owners to keep decisions moving.
• Bridge communications between engineering, product, and marketing.
