Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• 20+ years in program management or A/E consulting with large, tech-focused projects.
• Experience leading global, multi-location program teams and hyperscale/datacenter projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive vision and strategic growth for HDR's Program Management services.
• Lead a global program management team with adherence to HDR's delivery standards.
• Oversee project controls, scheduling, and risk management for complex portfolios.
• Develop new program management opportunities with account leaders and sector directors.
• Mentor staff and manage staffing augmentation across TMT programs.
