Job summary

HDR is seeking a TMT Program Manager to lead multi-disciplinary tech, media, and telecom programs from conception through completion. You will manage complex data center and mission-critical projects, partnering with HDR’s BES teams, and expanding work with a global client base.

The role requires strong program management and client-development skills, PMP/PgMP/CCM/AICP credentials are valued, and some travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, Sciences, Business Administration, or a closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary TMT programs with technical complexity.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects.
• Direct and monitor program execution across disciplines.
• Plan and manage program plans, startup plans, and work plans.
• Ensure contract compliance and QA/QC.
• Develop growth via client relations and new opportunities.
• Coordinate with HDR BES and global client teams.
• Travel to client sites as needed.
