Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a strategic leader to own and scale the Global Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP). You will drive governance, partner participation, and cross-functional alignment with PS leaders and engineering to ensure top-tier service delivery and technical proficiency.

The role requires 7–10 years in PS partner program development, strong executive presence, and a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

Executive presence with experience interacting at the executive level.
Strong track record building and managing partner enablement programs.
Proven ability to manage programs across global, cross-functional teams.
Experience shaping governance, compliance, and participation requirements.
Familiarity with GSI, MSP, SI partner ecosystems and related enablement tracks.
Deep understanding of program lifecycles and cross-functional workflows.

Responsibilities

Build and manage the Rubrik Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP).
Establish the program as a standard for partner excellence and scalability.
Drive participation requirements to meet service delivery and technical standards.
Collaborate with PS Global Practice Leaders, Rubrik University, PS Leadership, and Services Engineering.
Oversee end-to-end lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance monitoring, evolution.
