Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a strategic leader to design and manage the Global Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP). You will drive end-to-end lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to ongoing performance and evolution, while ensuring partner compliance and cross-functional alignment with PS leaders and Services Engineering.

Ideal candidates bring 7–10 years in PS partner programs, executive engagement experience, and a track record of scaling enablement for a global services

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of direct experience in Professional Services partner program development and management.
• Experience interacting with executives and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Proven success building enablement systems for a Global PS business.
• Extensive experience partnering across global teams and GSI/MSP/SI environments.

Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Build and manage the Rubrik Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP).
• Governance & Compliance: Enforce program participation requirements to meet Rubrik standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align enablement goals with PS leaders, Rubrik University, and Services Engineering.
• Partner Ecosystem Enablement: Develop and scale partner tracks with GSI, MSP, and SI partners.
• Lifecycle Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance monitoring, and program evolution.
