Lam Research Corporation is seeking a Global Product Support Engineer to deliver on-site repair and maintenance of complex electro-mechanical semiconductor equipment. You will analyze, troubleshoot, and repair at the component level, perform installations and relocations, and minimize downtime for customers.

You will work largely on-site with frequent travel, collaborating with field engineers and customers, and you will stay current through training materials and engineering updates.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years related experience or 3 years with Master’s; or PhD without experience.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics/diagrams.
• Proven troubleshooting, on-site repair, and installation/relocation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site repair and maintenance for complex electro-mechanical systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot to component level; diagnose root causes and implement fixes.
• Install/relocate equipment at customer sites and coordinate with customers and supervisors.
• Maintain records, participate in training, and stay updated on equipment/tools.
