Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience or Master's with 6+ years (PhD with 3 years acceptable).
• Fluent English with strong presentation skills.
• Structured problem solving using 8D methodology.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time technical support to field engineers and project teams.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and debug complex semiconductor equipment.
• Create reports on design, reliability, and software bugs; escalate as needed.
• Assist in customer installation and training; support customers and users.
• Document steps for field service engineers and customers; present findings.
