Qualifications

• 5+ years in product or systems engineering with electro-mechanical design experience.
• Experience with vacuum systems, semiconductors, and SPC/DOE methods is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to field engineers and product support personnel diagnosing complex equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and debug electro/mechanical systems and software.
• Document design, reliability, maintenance problems, and bugs; present reports to factory groups.
• Travel up to 25–30% worldwide with short notice as needed.
• Assist in customer installation and training; support highly technical products.
