Lam Research is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our Customer Support Business Group. You will deliver on-site repair, maintenance, and installation services for Lam’s semiconductor equipment at customer sites, while driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

You’ll perform diagnostics, troubleshoot to component level, and coordinate with teams to minimize downtime. Travel domestically and internationally is expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree with 3+ years, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in installation, maintenance, repair, or troubleshooting of semiconductor capital equipment.
• Proficiency in interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics, diagrams, and operation manuals.
• Able to work in a clean room environment with PPE.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site repair, maintenance service, and complete installation/relocation start-up services of Lam’s equipment at customer sites.
• Perform diagnostics and problem solving to minimize downtime and equipment malfunctions.
• Keep up to date on semiconductor capital equipment and Lam products through training and certification.
• Assist in complex field modifications and maintain records coordinating activities with customers.
• Serve as a subject matter expert representing Lam to customers and deliver satisfaction.
