Flowserve Corporation seeks an entrepreneurial Global Product Manager to own the strategic direction for our global industrial valve portfolio. You will drive multi-year roadmaps, portfolio profitability, and growth across international markets with a general manager mindset.

You will guide end-to-end lifecycle, collaborate with global facilities and regional teams, and leverage Excel/Power BI to monitor performance and price realization.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in product management or related strategic role.
• Experience in industrial markets and cross-functional leadership is essential.
• Strong ability to translate customer needs into product initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own 1-, 3-, and 5-year strategic product roadmaps and portfolio performance.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from business case to portfolio rationalization.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and analyze pricing, margins, and channel dynamics.
• Lead VOC research to translate pain points into engineering and commercial initiatives.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, design, and regional teams to optimize supply chain.
• Manage project timelines, design enhancements, and cross-functional stage-gate deliverables.
• Utilize Excel and Power BI to monitor pipeline health and product profitability.
