Job summary

Flowserve Corporation is seeking a Global Product Manager / Offering Manager to lead the aftermarket parts portfolio across the Flow Control Division. You will own lifecycle profitability, pricing models, and the commercial framework while partnering with global and regional teams to scale revenue and strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in Aftermarket Commercial Operations, Product/Offering Management, Aftermarket Supply Chain, or Technical Sales within heavy industrial manufacturing.
• 3+ years in a commercial, marketing, or offering management role delivering measurable revenue growth and margin expansion.
• Commercial & Lifecycle acumen in spare parts packaging, kitting strategies, strategic pricing tiers, or lifecycle/EOL governance.
• Industry background in Oil & Gas, Chemical Processing, Power Generation, Energy, or Flow Control (valves, pumps, or rotating equipment).
• Matrix adaptability: navigate ambiguity, influence global stakeholders, implement change across regions.
• Travel willingness up to 20% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the global commercial and growth strategy for aftermarket parts across Flow Control.
• Design, package, and scale standardized maintenance kits and repair packages.
• Lead strategic pricing models, value-based pricing, and margin defense initiatives.
• Formulate end-of-life and mature product strategies balancing legacy parts with upgrades.
• Advance go-to-market channel strategies including digital e-commerce.
• Establish and maintain a five-year strategic roadmap using VoC and market insights.
• Collaborate with supply chain, sales engineering, and service centers to align availability and fulfillment.
