Qualifikationen

• 8 to 10+ years of progressive experience in product management, commercial strategy, or technical sales.
• Exposure to valve or fluid control markets and power industry knowledge is a plus.
• Strong ability to manage market strategy, financial modeling, and growth plans.
• Direct customer engagement and VOC gathering experience.

• Own, drive and execute the 5-year product strategy and roadmap with financial performance.
• Manage full product lifecycle from business case to end-of-life with portfolio optimization.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to grow market share and revenue.

• Partner with global manufacturing, engineering, operations, and commercial teams.
• Lead projects and timelines within structured frameworks.
