Job summary

Flowserve seeks a Global Product Manager, GGC, to own the strategy, growth, and lifecycle of an assigned product family on a global basis. Focused on conventional and nuclear power markets, you’ll drive portfolio strategy, VOC insights, and cross-functional execution with global teams.

You will report to the Product Line Leader, GGC & Power, and lead go-to-market efforts, portfolio optimization, and data-driven performance analytics using Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in product management, commercial strategy, or technical sales in industrial valve or fluid control markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or related technical discipline.
• Experience with VOC, go-to-market, and portfolio strategy on a global scale.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with ability to model markets and growth plans.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute 5-year product strategy and roadmap with financial performance accountability.
• Manage full lifecycle from business case to end-of-life and portfolio optimisation.
• Develop go-to-market strategies to grow market share and revenue.
• Lead VOC studies to translate customer needs into product initiatives.
• Collaborate with global manufacturing, engineering, operations and sales.
• Drive timely execution of projects and market launches.
• Utilize Excel modeling and Power BI to track portfolio metrics and performance.
