Qualifications

• 8 to 10+ years in product management, commercial strategy, product specialization, or technical sales within industrial valve markets.
• Exposure to valve manufacturing or industrial fluid motion systems (Ball Valves, Plug Valves, or Isolation Valves).
• Power Industry knowledge; Chemical/Energy/Industrial sectors are a plus.
• Strong financial modeling and growth planning abilities.
• Direct customer engagement, VOC gathering, and commercial channel support.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute 5-year product strategy and roadmap with financial performance.
• Manage full product lifecycle from business case to end-of-life.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to grow market share and revenue.
• Conduct VOC research to identify market needs and translate into initiatives.
• Collaborate with global manufacturing, engineering, operations, and commercial teams.
• Lead portfolio performance analysis with data-driven insights using Excel and Power BI.
