Job summary

Flowserve Corporation seeks a Global Product Manager / Offering Manager to lead the aftermarket parts product family within the Flow Control Division (Valves & Automation). This strategic role owns lifecycle, profitability, and the commercial framework for aftermarket parts across global markets.

You will define and execute the global commercial roadmap to scale revenue, engineer kitting and pricing programs, and drive end-of-life transition strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Aftermarket Commercial Operations, Product/Offering Management, or related fields in heavy industrial manufacturing.
• 3+ years in a commercial or offering management role delivering revenue growth and margin expansion.
• Experience with spare parts packaging, kitting, pricing tiers, or lifecycle/EOL governance.
• Industry experience in Oil & Gas, Chemical Processing, Power, Energy, or Flow Control.

Responsibilities

• Own global commercial roadmap to scale aftermarket parts revenue.
• Develop standardized maintenance kits and repair packages.
• Lead pricing models to improve profitability.
• Define end-of-life and upgrade strategies with supply chain alignment.
• Expand go-to-market channels including e-commerce and core facilities.
• Maintain a five-year strategic roadmap using VoC and market insights.
• Collaborate with supply chain, sales engineering, and service centers.
