Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a Global Product Manager, GGC, to own the strategic direction, lifecycle, and financial performance of a product family on a global basis. The role emphasizes the power market, customer insights, and cross-functional alignment across manufacturing, engineering, and commercial teams.

You will lead 5-year roadmaps, drive go-to-market initiatives, and translate VOC into commercial priorities, leveraging Excel and Power BI to monitor portfolio performance and profitability.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10+ years of product management, commercial strategy, or technical sales in industrial valve or fluid control markets.
• Experience with Ball Valves, Plug Valves, or Isolation Valves.
• Power Industry experience; knowledge of Chemical/Energy sectors is a plus.
• Strong ability in market strategy, financial modeling, and growth planning.
• Direct customer engagement and VOC gathering.

Responsibilities

• Own the 5-year product strategy, roadmap, and financials (bookings, revenue, gross profit).
• Manage full lifecycle from business case to end-of-life and portfolio optimization.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to grow market share and revenue.
• Conduct VOC research to identify market needs and translate into product priorities.
• Collaborate with global manufacturing, engineering, operations, and commercial teams.
• Execute strategic initiatives and market launches within defined timelines.
• Use Excel modeling and Power BI to track portfolio metrics and performance.
