Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions seeks a Global Product Line Manager for the Cable Backplane Systems. Based in Etters, PA, you will own the P&L for the OverPass cable assembly portfolio, driving revenue growth and market development worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering required, with an MBA/MS preferred.
• 2+ years of product management and business development experience.
• 3+ years of experience in the interconnect industry preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams globally.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute strategy to launch and grow the assigned product line with roadmaps and go-to-market plans.
• Drive new business development in new markets and expand opportunities with existing customers.
• Collaborate with global sales, FAEs, and marketing to create tools and materials for design wins.
• Lead product training and promotions to generate opportunities.
• Understand industry applications and translate trends into a product plan.
• Perform competitive analyses and define pricing strategies.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and quality to improve margins and fulfill customer needs.
• Forecast bookings and revenues, evaluate ROI, and manage lifecycle and costs for designated products.
• Travel locally and internationally for customer visits and development meetings.
