Job summary

Amphenol Corporation is seeking a high-energy Manager of Product Line Management for Cable Backplane Systems in Etters, PA. You will own the global P&L and lead a team of Product Line Managers, setting the strategic direction for the portfolio and driving revenue growth.

You will develop product roadmaps, define go-to-market plans, and translate market needs into prioritized development initiatives. Travel 20%+ to engage customers and partners worldwide.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management/marketing or senior leadership in electrical/electronic manufacturing.
• 3+ years managing and developing product line teams.
• 5+ years building relationships with direct customer interfaces.
• Experience in high-speed interconnect or cable solutions preferred.
• Demonstrated financial accountability for a product line.
• Strong forecasting, pricing, margin management, and ROI skills.
• Proven ability to lead global cross-functional teams.
• Strong technical aptitude with business acumen.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own global P&L for Cable Backplane Systems, driving revenue, margins, and bookings.
• Lead, coach, and develop Product Line Managers with clear objectives.
• Define product roadmaps and go-to-market plans; translate market needs into product definitions.
• Drive new business development in new markets and customers; expand in strategic accounts.
• Develop pricing strategies to maximize market share and profitability.
• Collaborate with Sales, FAEs, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain for launches.
