Job summary

Amphenol Corporation's High Speed Products Group in Raleigh, NC seeks a Global Product Line Manager for Cable Backplane Systems to own the P&L, drive revenue growth, and expand markets worldwide.

You will partner with global sales, engineering, manufacturing and marketing to develop roadmaps, define requirements, implement pricing strategies, and support new design wins while traveling to meet customers and partners (approx. 20–40%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (MBA/MS preferred).
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel 20–40% and operate in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute strategy to launch and grow the assigned product line.
• Drive new business development in new markets and customers.
• Collaborate with global sales, field engineering, and marketing to enable design wins.
• Develop training and promotions to generate opportunities.
• Understand industry trends and translate into product plans.
