Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering required; MBA/MS preferred.
• 2+ years of product management and business development experience.
• 3+ years of experience in the interconnect industry preferred.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Ability to integrate with cross-functional teams globally and to work in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute strategy to launch and grow the major product line, including roadmaps and go-to-market plans.
• Drive new business development in new markets and customers.
• Collaborate with global sales, field application engineering and marketing to develop tools and materials for design wins.
• Lead product training and promotions to generate opportunities.
• Understand industry applications and translate trends into a product plan.
• Analyze competitors and develop pricing strategies.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and quality to ensure growth and customer satisfaction.
• Assess customers' needs and position Cable Backplane products as value solutions.
• Forecast bookings and revenues, analyze ROI, and manage capital investments.
• Own lifecycle management, cost/pricing/margin, capacity planning, NPD involvement, and product extensions.
• Prepare AR justification for new development investments.
• Target site KPIs for revenue, margin, and quote response times.
• Attend trade shows to promote the product and support marketing material.
• Willing to travel locally and internationally (20–40%).
