Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS) in Raleigh, NC seeks a Global Product Line Manager for Cable Backplane Systems to own the P&L for the OverPass cable assembly portfolio and drive revenue growth.

You will partner with global sales, engineering, manufacturing, and marketing to develop roadmaps, pricing, and go-to-market strategies, and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment with travel opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering required; MBA/MS preferred.
• 2+ years of product management and business development experience.
• 3+ years of experience in the interconnect industry preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; able to translate data into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute a strategy to launch and grow the assigned major product line, including roadmaps and GTM plans.
• Drive new business development in new markets and customers; expand opportunities with existing customers.
