Job summary

Amphenol Corporation is seeking a Senior Global Product Line & Marketing Manager to lead the Cable Backplane Systems portfolio. You will own global P&L, develop and drive product roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches and market expansion.

The role requires leading a team of Product Line Managers, expanding into new markets, and maintaining strong customer relationships with major accounts worldwide.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in product management, product marketing, or business leadership within electrical or electronic manufacturing.
• 3+ years of experience managing and developing product management or product line teams.
• 5+ years of experience building relationships with direct customer interface.

Responsibilities

• Own global P&L for the Cable Backplane Systems portfolio and drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and bookings.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Line Managers with clear objectives.
• Develop and execute product line strategy, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans.
• Translate market and customer needs into product definitions and prioritized initiatives.
• Drive new business development in new markets and customers while expanding share with existing strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales and Field Application Engineering to maximize design wins and customer penetration.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality for launches and operational excellence.
• Lead lifecycle management including rationalization, PCNs, and portfolio optimization.
• Forecast bookings and revenue, manage pricing strategy, and evaluate ROI.
• Represent the product line at industry events and support marketing initiatives.
